Terms & Conditions

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this Agreement:

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "Accept", "Register", or "Confirm" button, or by placing a wager or bet through the api22 platform, you unconditionally accept this Agreement and any additional terms incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

This Agreement supersedes all prior oral or written representations, negotiations, or agreements between you and api22 relating to the subject matter herein. These Terms are subject to change; continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on api22, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any corporate entity or third party.
• You have not previously had an api22 account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not included on any regulatory or governmental exclusion list applicable to online gambling.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You understand that online gambling involves financial risk and accept that responsibility personally.

api22 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend account access pending verification. Registration by ineligible persons is void, and api22 may retain any funds deposited in breach of these eligibility conditions to cover administrative and investigation costs, as permitted by applicable law.

Each individual may register and hold only one (1) account on the api22 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of associated funds.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Notifying api22 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

api22 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You should treat any such request as a phishing attempt and report it to our support team immediately.

api22 requires all Members to complete identity verification prior to processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: Valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driving license.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the last 90 days, displaying your current residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: Documentation confirming ownership of the deposit method used (e.g., screenshot of your BCA or BRI mobile banking account showing your name).
• Source of Funds: In cases where api22's risk assessment procedures require it, documentation evidencing the lawful source of deposited funds.

api22 targets a standard KYC review turnaround of 1–4 business hours for straightforward submissions. Complex cases may require additional time. During review, your ability to withdraw funds may be temporarily restricted. Deposit and play functions remain available during the KYC period unless otherwise restricted by our compliance team.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe constitutes grounds for account suspension. Fraudulent, altered, or forged documents will be reported to the relevant authorities.

api22 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods for Indonesian members:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the same legal name as the api22 account. Deposits made from third-party accounts (i.e., accounts belonging to other individuals) are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the relevant transaction.

Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method (starting from Rp 20.000 for e-wallets and Rp 50.000 for bank transfers). api22 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own inter-bank transfer charges, which are your sole responsibility.

Deposit funds are credited to your api22 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Timing varies by method: instant to approximately 5 minutes for same-bank transfers during banking hours; up to 24 hours for off-peak inter-bank transfers. api22 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment networks or banking infrastructure.

api22 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or hold deposits where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same legal name as the api22 account. api22 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Supported withdrawal methods are the same as the accepted deposit methods listed in Section 6.

To submit a withdrawal request, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• KYC verification has been completed and approved.
• All applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been fulfilled.
• No active fraud investigation or account review is in progress.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold for the selected payment method.

api22 targets standard processing of approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes indicated on the payment methods information page. Actual settlement to your bank or e-wallet account depends on the receiving institution's processing schedule and may take additional time. api22 is not responsible for delays on the receiving institution's side.

api22 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. These checks are conducted to protect Members against unauthorized withdrawals and to comply with AML obligations.

api22 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the relevant promotion only.

General bonus conditions that apply across all api22 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• One welcome bonus per Member, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonuses credited to your account carry a wagering requirement (typically 30× the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise) that must be completed before the Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus wagering must be completed within the validity window specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in promotion terms.
• Placing bets that hedge, cover all outcomes, or otherwise exploit bonus mechanics constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• api22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Modifications do not affect qualifying conditions already in progress.

VIP loyalty rewards are governed by the VIP Program Terms, which are available on request from our support team. Cashback is calculated on net losses within the defined qualifying period and is credited as withdrawable or bonus funds as specified per tier.

By placing any wager on api22, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after placement except where explicitly permitted by the relevant game or sport's rules (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
• In sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for BRI Liga 1, EPL governing bodies). api22 reserves the right to void bets affected by factual errors, system malfunctions, or obvious pricing errors.
• Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to their respective market-specific settlement rules. Void legs in a mix parlay reduce the number of legs rather than voiding the entire ticket, unless a minimum leg count applies.
• Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. api22 guarantees the statistical integrity of its RNG but does not and cannot guarantee individual game outcomes. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-run averages and are not indicative of results in any single session.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game session, the relevant round will be settled according to the game's built-in error-handling protocol. api22 is not liable for losses resulting from connection issues on the Member's side.
• api22 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts, suspend specific markets, or restrict wager types at its sole discretion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the api22 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering under a false identity or providing inaccurate personal information during KYC.
• Operating more than one account, or colluding with other Members to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Using automated bots, scripts, scrapers, or any non-human betting tools to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated manipulation of sporting events.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity, or using api22 for any money-laundering purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Such winnings are void and subject to recoupment.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing api22 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Confirmed breach of this clause entitles api22 to immediately suspend or terminate the account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and pursue recovery of any funds obtained through prohibited conduct. api22 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

api22 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Controls: Set a maximum session duration after which the platform will prompt you to take a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your account from all play for a minimum period of 30 days, up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen notifications displaying your net session result and elapsed play time.

api22 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on accounts displaying indicators of disordered gambling behavior, including rapid deposit cycling, extended unbroken play sessions, and escalating stakes following significant losses. Such restrictions are applied in the Member's best interest and are subject to review upon request.

All content on the api22 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of api22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal recreational betting and gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from api22.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, api22 excludes all liability for:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• Financial losses resulting from wagering decisions, regardless of the information or odds presented on the platform.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or third-party service failures.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications infrastructure.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit api22's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. api22's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim, regardless of its legal basis, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your api22 account in the 30 days preceding the date on which the claim arises.

api22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

api22 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data is shared only where necessary to deliver platform services (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers), comply with legal obligations, or where you have given explicit consent. Full details of data practices, retention periods, and your rights as a data subject are set out in the Privacy Policy.

api22 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to Members via a notice on the platform or by email to the registered address on record. The effective date of the revised Terms will be prominently displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the api22 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance by contacting support.

By the Member: You may close your api22 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (after deduction of applicable fees, if any) will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

By api22: api22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).
• Regulatory or legal requirement requiring account termination.

Upon termination by api22 for cause, any funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, available real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which api22 holds its operational license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Members are encouraged to seek resolution through api22's internal complaints process by contacting the support team. api22 undertakes to acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within 20 business days.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where urgency or the nature of the remedy so requires.
